What a great thing it is to have victory over your own past, your own best.

Today, two of our Noble ones,

Prince Caspian as well as Princess KI, were joyful their triumphs over flesh and water. :)

Princess KI,

with a victory more than doubleing her personal best of yesterday! She went from 5 minutes yesterday to a tread as long as 13 minutes ! Can you believe it! Amazing! She really pushed herself hard!

Way to GO!

Prince Caspian

had an amazing,victorious triumph as well.

He doubled his tread time since yesterday! doubled? YES....

30 minutes !

That would be 10 periods of three....

or

Three periods of 10...

all for

3 X 10 =30 minutes

Woooo HOOO! Way to go.

it is hard to push yourself beyond your known limits, beyond what you even dream you can do, beyond what you feel confident about doing.....

into a place that can make you uncomfortable

to a place that makes you, yourself think is impossible.....

is anything impossible with our God?

That I might push aside my flesh to strive to the impossible in all areas....
