we finally found one
and.....
endured our Countdown
having met with him this past week
it was a long long day
as we had to go through so much medical history
in a fairly short amount of time..
6 hours may feel LONG
but it's hard to squeeze 20 years plus each other persons lifetime into it....
and add in time for the doc to tell US what he wants us to do,
what meds he wants us to take
and
to draw even more blood for further testing..
as
we may have what is known as co-infections
and he wants to treat promptly, and accurately
so as not delay, complicate or confuse any issues :)

PHEW ~! what a day...
now to digest it all...
and put it into action :)
so far...
so good...
slow and steady..
I have learned after 20 years of battling illness
20 years of continued hiking towards health
that I think that I like slow and steady ...
that it rather works better in my system...
even though the fast and furious way is SO appealing,
it always..
sends me reeling....
yes..
in my humble opinion...
Aesop really was ahead of his time
I much prefer the slow and steady to the
fast and fuious
crash and curious...
yes...
forget the hare
give me that tortoise anyday...
