Homemade Chicken Soup

So the last few days... We've had a brew on..
We've been working over bones and herbs
livers in innerds and what not...
being QUITE the odd bunch..
Don't worry..
We haven't switched over to the dark side
We were making
Chicken Stock from SCRATCH !

It takes a good 2 days to get all that wonderful gelatin out of the bones
two days of just letting it simmer
simmer and stew...
roots and bones and herbs and all
and today
we took a portion of the
golden reduced
what we call
LIQUID GOLD
and made it into
Chicken Soup
the rest?
We put in the freezer :)

No noodles or rice in today's bowl
But Rob and the Blessings
worked hard and put together
following my little recipe
And the result?
A FABULOUS batch of
chicken soup!
