The THING about back sliding with a diet is...
well .. at least FOR ME....
is I start to crave
COKA
I really want a coka cola..
NOT one of these "made in the USA"
with high fructose corn syrup
nah...
(well... in a pinch it'll do..)
but what I really want
is an ICY cold
COKA out of a GLASS bottle...
and the blessings are simply encouragable...
ALWAYS spotting them in each and every store...

giving in to ONE temptation..
always opens the door to more..
and makes it easier for you to creek it open..
